v4l2-relayd (0.2.0-0ubuntu1.1) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Fix compatibility with libcamerasrc and SoftISP (LP: #2166611):
    - data/systemd/v4l2-relayd@.service: allow char-dma_heap and /dev/udmabuf
      in DeviceAllow so SoftISP DmaBufAllocator can initialize.
    - src/v4l2-relayd.c: add videoscale, videoconvert, and a leaky queue
      before appsink to handle format/resolution negotiation and absorb
      SoftISP debayering latency without blocking upstream libcamera.
    - src/v4l2-relayd.c: link explicitly from negotiated src_pad into videoscale
      to properly support multi-pad VIDEOSRC bins (e.g. libcamerasrc).
    - data/etc/modprobe.d/v4l2-relayd.conf: set max_buffers=8 so v4l2loopback
      allocates sufficient buffers for GStreamer v4l2sink bufferpool.
