Version: 2.1.9-3ubuntu5.5 2026-09-23 22:07:32 UTC

open-iscsi (2.1.9-3ubuntu5.5) noble; urgency=medium

  * d/extra/initramfs/local-top/iscsi: normalize static bootproto for
initramfs netplan conversion. In iscsi_auto flow, firmware reports
bootproto as STATIC, but netinfo_to_netplan handles static IPv4
through PROTO=none with address fields. Map STATIC to PROTO=none
    and record IPV4PROTO=static in net-*.conf. (LP: #2147499)

2147499 [SRU] open-iscsi initramfs: preserve static iBFT semantics while fixing netplan rendering for MAAS boot

Version: 2.1.9-3ubuntu5.4 2025-06-17 17:07:40 UTC

  open-iscsi (2.1.9-3ubuntu5.4) noble; urgency=medium

  * d/extra/initramfs/local-top/iscsi: add a flag to skip network
configuration when iscsi is set to 'auto' but no iBFT data is present.
Thanks to Alec Warren <email address hidden>. (LP: #2098515)

2098515 [SRU] IPv6-only (single stack) instances configuring network over dhcp in initramfs will take a long time to boot due to loop in dhcpcd -4
