libpfm4 (4.13.0+git106-g3e4031b-1ubuntu0.1) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Add d/p/lp-2103418-s390-Add-counter-definition-for-IBM-z17.patch to add
    CPU-MF Counters for latest IBM z17 hardware. (LP: #2103418)
  * Run update-maintainer.
  * Add d/p/fix-strpbrk-const-discard.patch to fix an upstream build failure
    (assignment discards 'const' qualifier, in pfmlib_common.c and tests/
    validate_x86.c) that is unrelated to this bug, but blocks the build
    on toolchains with a stricter strpbrk(3)/strchr(3).
