openblas (0.3.32+ds-5ubuntu0.1) resolute; urgency=medium

  * d/p/arm64-sdot-zero-v0.patch: zero the v0 accumulator in the arm64
    ASIMD dot kernel and declare the registers it clobbers. On cores that
    dispatch to it (Neoverse N1, AmpereOne, Apple silicon, ThunderX2/3)
    sdot returned the dot product plus the four floats the caller left in
    v0, for unit stride and n >= 64 (LP: #2169719). Taken from upstream
    (OpenBLAS #5918, in 0.3.34).
  * d/t/sdot-v0: new arm64 autopkgtest calling sdot with v0 set.
