checkmp3 (1.98-10) unstable; urgency=low

  * Correct misreported track duration with sampling rates other than
    44.1 kHz. Fix courtesy KPMueller. (LP: #500024)
  * When -b does not have a specified value, default to 1 MiB. This
    prevents the use of uninitialized memory, which in turn had led to
    premature termination. (LP: #500026)
  * Switch to source format 3.0.
  * Update to policy 3.9.2.
    - Add build-arch/build-indep targets to debian/rules.
  * Add Homepage field.

500024 checkmp3 reports incorrect song duration for sampling frequencies != 44100 Hz
500026 checkmp3 sometimes just exits when called in verbose mode "-v"
