unity (5.4.0-0ubuntu2) precise; urgency=low

  * 01_hardcode_new_default_in_hardcoded_values.patch:
    - hardcode the new default value for switching between workspaces and
      moving a window between workspaces. Unfortunatly, this is still a
      harcoding. Opened an upstream bug so that the real values are read
      instead with some guidance.
  * debian/control, debian/rules:
    - add quilt patch handling
