libp11 (0.4.12-1.1ubuntu2) noble; urgency=medium

  * d/p/pkcs11-engine-openssl3-load-privkey-segfault-workaround.patch:
    Dropped. The workaround, added in 0.4.12-1.1ubuntu1, leaves the PKCS#11
    engine registered as the process-wide default for RSA and EC, which breaks
    unrelated provider-path operations.
