  mutter (50.1-0ubuntu2) resolute; urgency=medium

  * d/p/ubuntu/workspace: De-prioritize focusing desktop windows.
    In ubuntu we use a desktop extension by default, that is not used
    upstream, while it can handle most of the WM changes, there are some
    situations in which the desktop still gets wrongly focused, such as when
    using the Ctrl+Alt+Tab a11y switcher, as it's being considered a "normal"
    window. Fix this by ensuring that the desktop is the latest window to be
    focused, unless explicitly requested. (LP: #2148490)
