    (LP: #2101934)
  * d/p: Fix global-shortcuts portal provider for snaps
  * d/p: Fix missing text in global-shortcuts portal dialog
  * d/p: Disallow changing password for non-local user.
    This is not working for authd users yet, providing a bad user experience.
