pngcheck (2.3.0-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * debian/control
    - (Build-Depends): use debhelper 7.1 due to
      override in debian/rules (lintian).
    - (binary-arch): Add target needed for 'debuild -B'.
  * debian/rules
    - Factor away more rules handled by dh(1).
    - (override_dh_auto_build): move CFLAGS after gcc(1) call.
    - (binary-arch): Add dh_install to make sure main binary
      is installed (grave; Closes: #564629).
