php-config (1.10.12-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream version.
  * Now using pkg-php list as maintainer, and my @debian email as uploader.
  * Depends on debhelper 7.
  * Standard-Version is now 3.9.1.
  * Homepage is now a real field (Close: #615454).
  * Added Vcs-Git and Vcs-Web fields.
  * Now using machine readable format for debian/copyright.
  * Added a debian/source/format file.
  * Added missing ${misc:Depends} depends.
  * Replaced dh_clean -k by dh_prep in debian/rules.
  * Section is now php.
  * Removed useless configure rules target.
