telepathy-qt4 (0.9.0+repack-0ubuntu3) precise; urgency=low

  * Convert debian/rules from cdbs to dh(1).
  * Switch to source format 3.0 (quilt).
  * Bump debhelper compat level to v9.
  * Drop build-dependency on python-dev, not needed.
  * Drop ubuntu_disable_selinux_tests.diff, the tests work fine.
  * Append -Wl,--no-undefined to LDFLAGS.
    - Add fix_farsight_linkage.patch to link telepathy-qt4-farsight
      against gobject and telepathy-glib.
  * Fix unit tests:
    - Build-depend on and run dbus-x11 and xvfb.
    - Add disable_racy_tests.patch to disable tests that are known to be
      broken on Qt 4.6/4.7.
