  * Backport Rust 1.97.1 to Noble
    - d/{rules,control,bootstrap.toml.in,copyright}: Vendor LLVM and
      build clang and rust-lld from it, since Noble lacks LLVM 22 which
      is required by Rust 1.97
    - d/{control,copyright},d/p/prune/d-0010-*: Vendor libgit2, since
      Noble lacks libgit2 1.9.0 which is required by Rust 1.97
    - d/dh-cargo-vendored-sources: Vendor the vendored-sources checker
      and run it with the bootstrap cargo, since Noble's system cargo
      (1.75) cannot parse edition2024 crates
    - d/architecture.mk: Keep riscv64gc target, since Noble's riscv64
      port does not support RVA23
    - d/p/build/d-bootstrap-custom-debuginfo-path.patch: Fix LLVM
      debuginfo path for vendored LLVM
    - d/tests/control: Disable self-build test for backport
    - d/{control,rules,scripts/build-wit-bindgen.sh}: Build wasm32 std
      for wasm32-unknown-unknown and wasm32-wasip1 using the vendored
      clang and rust-lld; drop wasm32-wasip2, which requires a newer
      wasi-libc than Noble provides
    - d/rules: Use Noble's wasi-libc via a private sysroot copy, since
      bootstrap expects /usr/lib/wasm32-wasip1
    - d/rules: Clean up LLVM and stage artifacts during the build due to
      buildd space and time limits; disable debuginfo on ppc64el
