  * Ship lcovutil.pm in /usr/share/perl5. (LP: #2029924)
  * Disable multiple threads while building. Tests are failing
    with multiple threads. (LP: #2051166)
  * Add runtime dependency on libcapture-tiny-perl and libdatetime-perl.
