  heimdal (7.8.git20221117.28daf24+dfsg-3ubuntu1.23.10.1) mantic; urgency=medium

  * Cherry-pick change from 7.8.git20221117.28daf24+dfsg-4 to build missing
    glibc related symbols without dropping them (this requires an openafs
    transition, and we don't want to do transitions on stable) (LP: #2036253)
  * Always build the rk_strlcat and rk_strlcpy symbols even if included in
    glibc. Closes: #1055316.
