  * QA upload.
  * Using new DH level format. Consequently:
      - debian/compat: removed.
      - debian/control: changed from 'debhelper 10' to 'debhelper-compat 12'
        in Build-Depends field.
  * debian/control:
      - added a new build depends: jdupes.
      - bumped Standards-Version to 4.4.0.
      - fixed the homepage.
  * debian/copyright:
      - full updated.
      - migrated to 1.0 format.
  * debian/docs: renamed to udo.docs.
  * debian/patches/:
      - 001-cflags.patch: renamed to 010_cflags.patch.
      - 002-reproducible-documentation.patch:
        renamed to 020_reproducible-documentation.patch.
      - 003-fix-spelling-errors.patch: renamed to 030_fix-spelling-errors.patch.
      - 040_fix-manpage.patch: created to fix a macro in manpage.
  * debian/rules: added the override_dh_install target to remove some
        duplicate files.
  * debian/tests/*: created to provide a test.
  * debian/udo.docs: included a new file to install 'LIESMICH'.
  * debian/udo.lintian-overrides: added to override a false positive.
  * debian/watch: fixed, now using GitHub as source.
