The patched kernel 2.6.31-15 features a number of patches to apparmor, usb-storage among others. It apparently fixes some Karmic boot issues with 2.6.31-14.
It's only in the proposed repository so far. Find all versions of linux kernel per release and repository on the linux meta page.
