  * Make sure to install any missing dependencies when local debs are
installed. Create the /home/phablet/autopilot directory if needed
and missing. Fix a checkbashisms failure in phablet-screenshot that
somehow previously snuck past CI (LP: #1298550)

  [ Steve Langasek ]
  * Eliminate unnecessary doubled login shells in adb shell commands.
We're already running under sudo -i, which gives us all the
environment setup associated with the login shell; the subshell for
running command sequences only needs to be 'sh -c', never 'sh -lc'
    or 'bash -ic'.
  * phablet-screenshot: Fix a use of sed which while technically not a
bashism, causes checkbashisms to be able to parse the file,
resulting in a test failure. In the process, make the pipeline more
robust with regards to the 'fbset' output across platforms.
