gcc-4.6 (4.6.3-1ubuntu5) precise; urgency=low

  * Pursuant to the cross-distro consensus on the armhf linker path,
    update arm-dynamic-linker.diff with Michael Hope's improved patch.
  * Remove cruft from debian/rules.patch dealing with the old patch.
