* Update debian/kdm.upstart to match latest gdm.upstart improvements:
- Also export LC_MESSAGES with the rest of locale information
- When kdm is shut down by a runlevel call, emit an upstart event that can
be caught by plymouth so it can distinguish between the DM shutting down
for a runlevel change vs. other causes (LP: #854329)

* New upstream release :
- debian/rules: Don't call dh_auto_build directly from
override_dh_auto_build, use $(overridden_command) instead,
otherwise it breaks parallel building.
- debian/rules: Don't call dh_auto_install directly from
override_dh_auto_install, use $(overridden_command) instead,
otherwise it breaks desktop file translation stripping.
- Update symbols files.
- Bump kde-sc-dev-latest to 4.7.1
